This guide explains how things work here — what you get, what’s expected, and how we keep the space productive, calm, and respectful for everyone.

1. Brand & Legal Entity Disclosure
- Auram is a brand owned and operated by Hexora Group LLP. All services offered under the name “Auram” are provided by Hexora Group LLP.
- All invoices, receipts, agreements, and financial transactions related to the use of Auram’s co-working spaces and services shall be issued in the name of Hexora Group LLP.
- Use of the Auram brand, website, or services constitutes acceptance that the contractual relationship exists between the user/member and Hexora Group LLP.
1. Your Workspace – What’s Included
Your Assigned Seat / Cabin Comes With:
- Desk / Workstation
- Ergonomic Chair
- Electrical Points (as available)
- Storage
Shared Common Amenities:
- Hot & Cold RO Water
- Conference Room (with screen)
- Telephone Booth
- Reception Support
- Open Terrace Café / Lunch Area
- Refrigerator & Microwave
- Locker / Storage Facility
- Parking
- Common Washrooms
Amenities are shared, subject to availability, and must be used responsibly.
2. Payments, Deposits & Timings (Quick Read)
Payment Basics:
- Payment Due: Within the first 5 days of every month (advance)
- Late Fee: 1% per day on overdue amount
- Non-Payment: Can lead to immediate access suspension
- GST: 18% applies to all invoices; make sure you provide your GST
- Discounted Plans (3/6 months): No refunds
Security Deposit:
- Refundable after inspection
- Adjusted against:
- Unpaid dues
- Damage
- Rule violations
- Returned within 7–10 working days after exit
Workspace Timings:
- Access Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (6 days)
- Sunday: Closed
- Access beyond these hours requires prior approval
3. Quiet Zone = Focus Zone (Very Important)
This is a deep-work space. Please Follow:
- Phones on silent / vibrate
- Use the telephone booth for calls
- No speaker calls — ever
- No calls while walking or standing in common areas
- Client meetings → Conference room only
4. Food Rules (Simple & Strict)
Where to Eat:
- Meals & wet food: Cafeteria only
- Dry snacks: Allowed at desk
Hygiene Rule (Mandatory)
- Place a newspaper on the table before eating
- Dispose of it immediately after lunch
- Clean the table for the next person
Food misuse causing pests or stains → cleaning/pest cost deducted from deposit
5. Air Conditioning Rules
- Temperature: 24°C – 27°C
- Do NOT reduce below this
- AC misuse = repair cost deduction
6. Damage, Inventory & Responsibility
You Are Responsible For:
- Furniture (chairs, desks, shelves)
- Cabin fittings (glass, locks, keys)
- Electronics (AC, screens, appliances)
- Common areas you or your guests use
Important:
- Damage caused by one cabin/member affecting another will be repaired
- The operator decides responsibility after inspection
- Cost deducted from the deposit
7. Strict No-Tolerance Rules 🚫
Smoking / Tobacco:
- No smoking inside or near the premises
- No chewing tobacco/gutkha/pan
- No spitting
- Penalty: ₹5,000 per incident
- Repeated offence → membership termination
General Conduct:
- Follow Indian laws
- No illegal or disruptive activities
- Respect staff & fellow members
- You’re responsible for your guests
8. Conference Room & Guests
Guests:
- Up to 4 guests allowed
- 5+ guests → written approval required
- Guest behaviour = member’s responsibility
Conference Room
- Book in advance
- Respect time slots
- Leave clean
- Extra usage beyond credits → chargeable
9. Address Usage (Very Clear)
You Must NOT
- Use for company/GST/statutory registration
- Use as registered office
- Use without written permission
10. Exit, Notice & Termination
If You Want to Leave
- 1 month written notice required (1 month of notice period)
- Return seat in original condition
- Return all keys/cards
Immediate Termination If:
- Non-payment beyond the grace period
- Repeated rule violations
- Illegal activities
- Safety or hygiene risks
11. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)
Events like:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Utility failures
→ No liability on the operator
→ No refunds during such periods
12. Rule Updates
- Rules may be updated
- You’ll be informed
- Compliance required within 7 days
13. Disputes
- Try to resolve amicably first (30 days)
- Arbitration in Ahmedabad
- Governed by Indian Law
